GROW is our exclusive leadership development program. It supports employees from the CEWE Group and prepares them for future key roles. Through this internal program, we accompany the personal and professional development of our participants and strengthen collaboration across different locations within the CEWE Group.

Mentoring
Mentoring plays a central role in our GROW leadership development program. Experienced leaders and program alumni support our GROW participants on their individual career journeys throughout the program. Personal exchange, valuable insights, and targeted support contribute to both professional and personal development – while also strengthening networking and collaboration across generations.
On-site modules
The on-site modules of the GROW leadership development program offer participants practical, hands-on content. They are designed to connect theoretical knowledge directly with practical, real-life applications in the workplace.
Job Shadowing
Job shadowing opens the door to new perspectives. By immersing themselves in different departments within the CEWE Group and exchanging ideas with colleagues, participants gain first-hand insight into various functions and workflows. This experience enriches their daily work, broadens their horizons, and helps foster knowledge-sharing and cross-departmental collaboration.
Network Building
GROW is designed to give participants direct access to senior leaders, colleagues, alumni, and members of the executive board. It creates valuable opportunities to expand professional networks across the entire CEWE Group and encourages the sharing of diverse perspectives.
